What was already considered one of Shimano’s best reels, just got even better! The Sustain FI series are a lighter and stronger version of their predecessor, the FG models.
A few extra benefits have also been added to the reel that improve usability, which include the G-Free body for less side-to-side movement when reeling, and a shift in the bail trip lever which negates the need for a heavy bail hold support, and a drag knob that spans the length of the spool for quick and controlled adjustments when under load.
